We walk the roof*! Our inspection includes but is not limited to: roof material & condition, layers, roof edging, valley flashing, waste line venting, furnace flue flashing, fireplace/wood stove flashing, roof vents, tree obstructions, sky-lights, any other roof penetrations. *We do not walk clay tile roofs,safety is at the desecration of the inspector.
